A special visit to Findlater’s, London Bridge Station, followed by Peckham Rye Station.

Wednesday 18 September, 3 - 6pm. 

Join the Fenland and Wash Group on a special visit to Findlater’s, London Bridge Station, followed by Peckham Rye Station.  

A superb example of 'high Victorian' architecture by the noted architect Charles Henry Driver, the station has been the recipient of extensive repair work over the years.  

The impressive waiting room at platform level is situated under the Mansard roof central section of the station.  

How to get there

We'll meet outside Findlater’s, London Bridge Station. 

Accessibility

On this visit you can expect significant periods of standing and walking, sometimes on uneven surfaces. For Peckham Rye, access is by several flights of stairs.
