Cancellations and Refunds

If you’d like to cancel your place on a SPAB course or event, please email the relevant team:

• Main courses and events: education@spab.org.uk
• SPAB Scotland events: scotland@spab.org.uk 
• SPAB Ireland events: ireland@spab.org.uk 
• Mills Section events: millsinfo@spab.org.uk 
• Regional Group events for Members: membership@spab.org.uk

​If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.

After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a £25 administration charge.

No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the course or event start date. 

If we have to cancel a course or event, you will receive a full refund. 

If we have to postpone, reschedule or relocate a course or event, or make any other major changes which mean you are no longer able to attend, you will receive a full refund. 

Transfers

If you’d like to transfer your place to a friend or colleague, please email the relevant team.

We are unable to transfer tickets to a different course or event.

Transfers are at the discretion of the SPAB.
