Working Party Application Form

 

To apply for your place at the Working Party, please complete the form below by 5pm on Tuesday 11 April 2023.

Please note that spaces are limited, and we are unable to guarantee a place to all applicants.

We’ll aim to let you know if you have a place by Friday 28th April 2023. All applications are carefully considered, but unfortunately we do not have the capacity to provide feedback on individual outcomes.

Dates and costs 

You can either apply to attend the Working Party for:  

  • The whole week (Thursday 6 July - Wednesday 12 July)  
  • First half of the week (Thursday 6 July - Sunday 9 July)  
  • ​Second half of the week (Sunday 9 July - Wednesday 12 July) 

To help cover the significant cost of materials, catering (breakfasts and lunches), camping and first aid facilities, we're asking participants to contribute £300 for the whole week/ £175 for half a week. We'll send you further details on how to pay when we confirm your place. 

Bursary places

A number of bursary places are available, these could include free attendance and a subsistence and travel allowance up to £150.

Accessibility

Please let us know via the application form if there are any adaptations we can make that would make the Working Party more accessible. Although our resources may be limited, we will endeavour to accommodate within our capability. We would be happy to have an informal chat about the event and possible access issues before you apply. To do so, please call: 0207 456 0908.  

There is step-free access to most areas around Boxley Abbey and the OHP. However, these are live building sites with uneven and unpaved surfaces throughout.
