A complete corn mill (probably 18th C) in working order, with attached kiln and mill-house. A leat and narrow pond feed an overshot waterwheel; spur-wheel gear drives two pairs of stones, sack-hoist and wire-machine. Now producing organic flour.

In the attached building, belting from an Armfield turbine drove a grain cleaner, a saw-bench and a generator (unrestored).
