Le Moulin de Quétivel

Watermill

A 2-storey watermill, dating from the 18th century. Used during the German occupation of Jersey and restored to working order in 1979 by the National Trust for Jersey. It is complete with a pitchback waterwheel and produces stone-ground organic wholemeal flour. Le Moulin de Quetivel is Jersey’s only remaining working watermill.
