A timber-framed 18th century watermill, which worked until 1914. The mill has a remarkable amount of original machinery in place, including sacking chutes from early 1900s. It has not been restored but has been sympathetically conserved. It is possible to visit all the four floors with a guided tour, including the now static waterwheel. Given to the National Trust by "Ferguson's Gang" in 1932...

About 1.5 miles S of Guildford on A281 Horsham road. Opposite the Sea Horse pub. Parking by arrangement with Blue Sky allows visitors to park in their forecourt, which is about 40 meters from Mill Lane on the same side of the road and beside the pedestrian crossing.
