Fosters Mill will be open on Sunday 14th May from 2pm to 5pm with refreshments available. Wind permitting, the mill will be working with visitors able to tour the mill and see flour being made. Our spacious new mill shop will be well stocked with our broad range of organic flours, muesli, oats and other goodies available to purchase. The Smock Mill across the road will also be open for tours of the newly finished sails awaiting lifting into place later in May. Swaffham Prior is one of the few places to boast two windmills and the only place where two mills can be seen pointing into wind; just a few weeks away from being the only place with two mills close together both able to work!
