A 17th century post mill with a brick roundhouse, last worked in 1902. Believed to be one of the oldest post mills in the country. Restored to workable condition by volunteers in 1963-70, but no longer able to turn to wind. Owned by the National Trust.

Sundays and bank holiday Mondays between 28th May and 28th Aug, 14.00-17.30. It is best to ring in advance to check that we have a volunteer to open the mill. See website for more details.
