A mill on this site since 13th century, has been used for supplying flour and animal feed. The mill is powered by water taken from the River Sid. The mill fell into disuse in the 1970s, and has since been restored. The machinery is driven by a high breastshot waterwheel and includes a grain dresser, stone mill, flour dresser all connected by shafts and flat belts to the waterwheel.
