Thank you!

As the year draws to a close all of us at the SPAB would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to our members, donors, grant givers and followers who have not wavered in their support of the SPAB through the lockdown months. You have allowed us to keep our activities running and our spirits high.  We were pleased to see so many continue to use our Casework and advice line services, which have all been running remotely whilst our office is closed, and delighted when so many of you embraced our new online learning programme. We even got to see a few masked faces at the working party once restrictions allowed in the summer. Whilst the coming year will no doubt present its own challenges we are buoyed by the support you have given.

We would also like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the National Lottery players who made the National Lottery heritage Fund Emergency Grants possible. These grants have been an absolute lifeline for the heritage sector. The SPAB was fortunate to receive £45,400 back in July, which supported us through the uncertain summer months.

Don’t forget that we will be closing the office on 23^rd December for the Christmas break, re-opening 4^th January. From everyone at the SPAB we wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!
