Help! Last chance to help shape new folic acid law?

The Mills Section is very concerned about government proposals to make it mandatory to add folic acid to flour. This could threaten the ability of our historic windmills and watermills to produce flour for sale because of issues around the equipment that would be required to comply with the proposed law.
Read more about the proposals, and our suggested compromise to save traditional mills from a potentially impossible situation, on our webpage www.spab.org.uk/mills/folic-acid - and then please respond to the public consultation, which closes on 9 September.
