carrintonLIME Heritage Skills Training offer a wide range of both practical and theory based traditional skills courses with a range of skill levels for both Homeowners, tradespeople and professionals.
The York Foundation for Conservation & Craftsmanship provides annual bursaries to assist the training and development of craftspeople and conservators and to encourage existing experts to take on new apprentices.
 
Georgian Brickwork offers a wide programme of workshops and events in partnership with Heritage Brickwork Training Ltd. The aim is to share knowledge, skills and information to keep heritage bricklaying skills alive. The programme is based in the Craft Workshop area of The Historic Dockyard, Chatham.
Wolds Workshop is developing a portfolio of “pop up” craft workshops in York and surrounding areas in order to bring heritage skills to communities. Their courses are designed to combine lecture, demonstrations and plenty of hands-on work.
