Join us for a short guided walk in Bermondsey followed by our Christmas party nearby on Wednesday 11 December 2024.
SPAB member David Harrison, by now a familiar guide round intriguing parts of London, will take us on a walk past St James church, arguably the finest Waterloo church in London; Bermondsey town hall (now flats); the site of Bermondsey Spa Pleasure Gardens; Victorian Bermondsey library (now a Buddhist temple); the art deco Alaska Factory (now flats); the refurbished and redeveloped Branston pickle factory (now an arts centre) and more.
The ticket price includes drinks and finger food at the party through to 10pm.
