Event details
Thursday 15 May, 6.30pm
Join the London Group on a circular tour of King's Cross and its northern hinterlands, redeveloped to much acclaim over the past 20 years.
This walk includes over a dozen listed buildings and structures. While the flavour is mainly nineteenth century, St Pancras Old Church (pictured) has much older origins.
The highlights of the walk start with the historic station buildings and the Regent’s Canal. In the redevelopment area there is the Granary building, now home to a university; The Coal Drops - unique in southern England when built; Gasholder Green; the very grand Water Tower and the ornate gates of the Camley Street Natural Park.
